"Selling the Hamptons," the real estate reality-TV show set on Long Island and featuring two local men, has been renewed for a second season.

The streaming service Discovery+ announced that the Riverhead-born and Water Mill-raised J.B. Andreassi, 31, and Centereach-raised Michael Fulfree, 33, now of Center Moriches, will return along with fellow real estate agents Mia Calabrese, Bianca D'Alessio and Peggy Zabakolas of the Hamptons-based Nest Seekers International.

Two as-yet-unnamed cast members will join the show, the streamer said. The new season is scheduled to premiere early next year.

Andreassi and Fulfree are friends from their days playing football at St. Anthony's High School in South Huntington, from which they graduated in 2008.

Andreassi is the son of local developer Joseph Andreassi II and Donna Andreassi. Fultree is the son of John and Elaine Fulfree, who formerly worked in banking and mortgages.
