Dix Hills girl to debut new song
Jenna Rose Swerdlow, the Dix Hills seventh-grader whose "My Jeans" YouTube music video has surged to more than 1.6 million views, will debut a new song, called "O.M.G.," live sometime between 8:30 a.m. and 9 a.m. Friday on PIX 11 Morning News, Newsday's Beth Whitehouse reports. Jenna, 12, will perform along with backup dancers. "She's got a message in her song for all of her haters and the people who have cyberbullied her," says mom Debbie Swerdlow.
