'DWTS' newcomers and returning pro dancers announced

Three newcomers will join nine returning pros on season 19 of "Dancing with the Stars," ABC announced Wednesday. Russian dancer Artem Chigvintsev already has made guest appearances on the show, while Keoikantse "Keo" Motsepe is a South African champion in Latin American dancing and Utah native Allison Holker was a finalist in season two of "So You Think You Can Dance." The returning dancers are Mark Ballas, Cheryl Burke, Witney Carson, Val Chmerkovskiy, Tony Dovolani, Derek Hough, Emma Slater, Karina Smirnoff and Peta Murgatroyd. The new season begins Sept. 15.
