Did you catch this morning's interview with Michael Bolton on "Good Morning America"? Maybe the first time a contestant has asked for an apology from a judge ...

There must be a backstory here: Bruno is rarely as harsh as he was with Bolton; it was almost vituperative. Did he hate "When a Man Loves a Woman"? Was he channeling Nicolette Sheridan? What gives?

Or was ... could it be? ... Bruno merely telling the truth?

Be interesting to see if Bruno says anything next week. I think he should say this: "I was being kind ..."

Bruno gave him a three a three!  I don't remember the last time a judge gave out a three. A "three" basically says: "I hate you. Leave. Never come back again."

Check this quote out, as reported in MSNBC.com and Access Hollywood:

“I don’t think we’ve seen a 3 since Master P days,” professional dancer Tony Dovolani, who is paired with Audrina Patridge, told [Shaun] Robinson, recalling the hip-hop star’s disastrous season two appearance. “That was harsh. We had to actually dance right after [Michael and Chelsie], so it was hard to watch that because I know Michael wants to do this so badly, and I know the judges are there to judge, but they need to be encouraging.”

Meanwhile ... there is another way to look at this whole thing, after the clip ...

That's right! There is another way to look at this. Maybe MB should apologize. Maybe he was so obnoxious to Chelsie Hightower, so full of himself, such a blowhard and a bad dancer, that Bruno was simply channeling the whole world!

Yes, that must be it. Watch this and tell me MB shouldn't apologize ...
