Ex-'Basketball Wives' star to drop no-contact orderFormer "Basketball Wives" reality-TV star Evelyn Lozada has agreed to drop a no-contact order against her ex-husband, former Miami Dolphins wide receiver Chad Johnson. Johnson's attorney, Adam Swickle, told E! News Monday that Lozada, 37, never applied for the order, which a judge issued in September after Johnson, 34, formerly known as Chad Ochocinco, pleaded no contest to a domestic-abuse misdemeanor. Johnson, had been sentenced to 12 months' probation as well as enrollment in a battery intervention program.
