'Game of Thrones' heading to IMAX
In what's being described as a "television first," the last two episodes in the fourth season of "Game of Thrones" will be remastered for an IMAX presentation, both HBO and IMAX announced Tuesday, reports Newsday's Verne Gay. The one-week-only viewing, from Jan. 23 through Jan. 29, will take place at 150 IMAX theaters; times and locations for local venues will be announced over the next few days, IMAX said. The episodes are "The Watchers on the Wall" and "The Children," and a fifth-season trailer will follow each presentation. The HBO series is set to return sometime this spring.
