'Glee' preparing for its final number
'Glee" is getting ready for its swan song. Series co-creator Ryan Murphy announced that the series will wrap next season and that he knows how it will end. The original plan, according to Murphy, was to end with Cory Monteith and Lea Michele's characters, but after Monteith's death in July, Murphy had to rethink that. Murphy said he believes the new ending is "very satisfactory" and still honors Monteith. Fox has yet to officially confirm "Glee" will end after season 6, but in August, Fox's president of entertainment, Kevin Reilly, told reporters that it was likely.
