"Good Morning America" pulled off another weekly win over "Today," and the margin is not an insignificant one: 180,000 viewers. "GMA" first beat "Today" a couple of weeks ago for the first time in a hundred or so years; quite the upset (actually, it was the first time in 852 weeks, but felt like a hundred years.) A trend? Certainly it appears to be one in "GMA's" favor but....this can't last. The Olympics arrive this summer. Here's the pull line from the release:
“GMA” outdrew NBC’s “Today” (5.131 million) by +180,000 Total Viewers, posting an even larger margin over the NBC program than its margin 2 weeks ago (+31,000 on w/o 4/9/12).
