The proprietors of Amy's Baking Company of Scottsdale, Ariz., whose belligerence has made them subjects of local news coverage since 2010, were shown taking tips from waitresses, firing one for asking an innocent question and mistreating customers to the point of hurling homophobic slurs -- all on camera.
