New TV movies feature Roger Moore in "A Princess for Christmas" (Saturday night at 8, Hallmark), Candace Cameron Bure in "The Heart of Christmas" (Sunday at 7 p.m., GMC), Amy Acker in "Dear Santa" (Sunday at 8 p.m., Lifetime) and Bruce Davison in "A Golden Christmas 2" (Sunday at 9 p.m., ion/31).
