Jessica Sanchez, Deandre Brackensick and Candice Glover, singing "It Doesn't Matter Anymore" next on "American Idol,"  seem like a good-natured, low-drama group.

Man, Sanchez can wail, great start, got Randy Jackson shaking his head in appreciation. Brackensick goes falsetto, painting his notes lightly, has the judges whooping.

Then Glover follows strong and matter-of-fact. Really enjoying this group, it's filled with real musicians -- they're shaping the song to fit their voices; fun to watch. Total pros, play off each other well; they could tour right now.

The new best group so far gets a standing ovation from the judges -- "Wow, man, you all blew that out," Jackson says. "You guys sound so good, amazing!"

"And three very different voices coming together and making a beautiful sound," says Jennifer Lopez. Yeah, that was the gold standard.
