Joe who? Munoz does Mraz

Joe Munoz should have been trying to make an impression since we haven’t really seen him up to now. He chose Jason Mraz’s “You and I Hear It.” As a first impression, it was pleasant but forgettable.

Ellen thought he looked comfortable on stage and liked it. Randy, in his inimitable style, said “It’s not the song I would have chosen for you for me,” but thought he did a good job with it. Kara said, though it wasn’t great, it was the “best of the night” so far. Simon said he didn’t have any star quality and it was a performance “people will forget 10 seconds after it’s over.”
