The Kardashians and kin are shutting down their apps. Reality-TV star and entrepreneur Kim Kardashian, 38, has posted on her official website, "We've had an incredible experience connecting with all of you through our apps these past few years but have made the difficult decision to no longer continue updating in 2019."

Speaking for herself and sisters Kourtney, 39, and Khloé, 34, and their half-sister Kylie Jenner, 21, she went on to say, "We truly hope you've enjoyed this journey as much as we have, and we look forward to what's ahead. Kim."

The apps, both paid subscription and free, generating revenue from advertising in-app purchases, offered fans behind-the-scenes tidbits, photos, videos, beauty tips and even recipes. Kim Kardashian's half-sister Kendall Jenner, 23, closed her app last year.
