BARED 'SWAMP RECOVERY.' One hard-charging star of truTV's defunct "Bear Swamp Recovery," about repo men in New Jersey, is former cop Joseph Derrico, who receives nearly $70,000 a year in tax-free disability pension even though he's seen running and manhandling recalcitrant car-owners on the show.

"Everything you saw on there was all fake. There was no running and tackling. It was all just TV," fellow cast member P.J. Vinch told WNBC/4 News. Sgt. John Sierchio of the New Jersey Police and Firemen's Retirement System isn't convinced -- "Clearly, looking at the video, he has no problem running" -- and says the pension board will review the case.
