Lauren Alaina gives Jennifer Lopez 'the goosies' on 'American Idol'

Lauren Alaina is assigned by the "American Idol" judges to sing "I Hope You Dance," which is a great pick, if an easy one.

Wow, her voice cracks just right at the start. She's in a hideous baby blue gown, but you're just listening to her voice on this one. Wish she brought more emotion to it, played with the words more. It's still enjoyable to listen to, mainly because it's a great song. 

Jennifer Lopez has goosebumps ("the goosies"). Randy Jackson calls it "one of my favorite songs in life," and loves the dress. Steven Tyler says "you walked out here like you own the Grand Ole Opry."
