'Live! with Regis and Kelly:' Final guests

David Letterman? Of course. Don Rickles? Why not! "Live!" has announced the final guests next week, including...: Rickles (Nov. 14), Jimmy Fallon (Nov. 14), Donald Trump (Nov.15), Letterman (Nov. 16)  and Kathie Lee Gifford (Nov. 17).

 (Separately, "Deadline" has reported that Kelly Ripa just signed a new 5-year contract that'll kep her on the show through "at least" 2017.)
