Former New York Gov. Mario Cuomo, who died last week at the age of 82 and whose funeral will take place at St. Ignatius Loyola Church in Manhattan on Tuesday, gave a final interview to public TV for a documentary on Italian-Americans that is to air next month.
Here's a clip (above). WNET/13, producing station of "The Italian Americans of New York and New Jersey" (Feb. 17 at 8 p.m. and WLIW/21, Feb. 15 at 8 p.m.), isn't exactly calling this the "final interview" but one of the final interviews that the former three-term governor gave to television. This one was conducted in October 2013.
