MSNBC: O'Donnell back to 10
A quick but important programming change at MSNBC: Lawrence O'Donnell, who stepped into the 8 p.m. slot after Keith Olbermann left the building, has been re-allocated ("shunted" seems too harsh a word) back to 10. "The Ed Show" moves to 8.
Why? To the press release!
“This move will strengthen the flow of our programming throughout the evening. As the name implies, “The Last Word” belongs at the conclusion of our programming day, thoughtfully wrapping-up the day’s political dialogue,” said [Phil Griffin, MSNBC chief.] “Ed’s passionate voice is a perfect kick off to primetime at 8 p.m.”
