Naima Adedapo gets no love on 'American Idol'
Naima Adedapo is first up on "American Idol." They're singing songs from the year they were born -- 1984 for her, so she''s taking on Tina Turner's "What's Love Got to Do With It."
Mmm, starts by saying the words more than singing. They've taken the song and made it choppy. I don't like it at all. No connection with the crowd, no energy coming back at her. That just did not work. It's not even in tune. It's pretty awful.
Steven Tyler says he loved it, Jennifer Lopez says you're pitchy, again; Randy Jackson says not great, under the pitch and "vocals are kind of a mess."
