"Oprah's Next Chapter" finally has a launch date: Jan. 1. For struggling OWN, this is a fairly seismic event because of the dozens of programs launched so far, this one is easily the most anticipated.
It really is, as it says, Oprah's next chapter outside of the talk show studio, as she travels the world with big shots and has a grand old time. First one will be from New Hampshire -- OK, even Oprah starts small sometimes -- as she interviews StevenTyler at his home at Lake Sunapee. Two-hour premiere is at 9.
