Phillip Phillips not the only one celebrating on 'American Idol'

Phillip Phillips' win wasn't the only thing worth celebrating on "American Idol's" live finale: Season 5 finalist Ace Young proposed to Diana DeGarmo, runner-up behind winner Fantasia Barrino on Season 3.

"I called [producer] Nigel [Lythgoe] directly last week and said, 'I want to do this. I'm going to do this. Is there any way I could do it at the show?' " Young told People.

"He said 'Yes, I'm not going to tell anybody until the day of . . . [and] I want you to figure it out with Ryan [Seacrest]."
