Scott Jacobs and his daughter Alexa again go undercover to help others on season three of ABC's "Secret Millionaire," on Sunday at 8 p.m. The season two premiere of ABC's "Extreme Makeover: Weight Loss Edition" follows at 9 p.m. -- opposite the season six premiere of History's "Ice Road Truckers."
