Long Islanders are no strangers to reality TV, with local notables that include West Babylon's Harold Dieterle, winner of the first "Top Chef"; Great Neck's Ilan Hall, winner of season two; and Sayville's "Survivor" winner Tom Westman. This week, two more Long Islanders join the reality club:

SHOW "Cake Boss: Next Great Baker" (premieres Monday night at 9 on TLC). In this new show, Buddy Valastro of "Cake Boss" hosts a competition of 10 pastry chefs for a $50,000 prize and a chance to work at his Hoboken bakery.

QUOTE "I bring the spunk and sass and feistiness that only Long Islanders embody. We have only two speeds: full out or fast asleep!"

SHOW "Millionaire Matchmaker" (Tuesday night at 9 on Bravo). Patti Stanger and Destin Jude Pfaff help rich men and women find dates and possibly mates.

PERSON Douglas S. Kepanis, Islip

QUOTE "Being born and raised on Long Island, I represent it well. I'm a divorce attorney, so I see what families go through on Long Island - I see it every day in the court system."
