Let's do the "Time Warp" again. The 1975 cult movie classic "The Rocky Horror Picture Show" will follow in the heels of NBC's "The Sound of Music" and "Peter Pan" by getting the small-screen treatment.

Fox is developing a two-hour remake that will be directed, executive-produced and choreographed by Kenny Ortega ("High School Musical"). Unlike the two NBC specials, this project, tentatively titled "The Rocky Horror Picture Show Event," will be filmed in advance and not air live, but few details beyond that are known.

The special is timed to celebrate the 40th anniversary of the popular movie that starred Tim Curry, Susan Sarandon and Barry Bostwick. -- The Hollywood Reporter
