Sarah Restuccio channels Carrie Underwood and Nicki Minaj on 'American Idol'

"You know, it's a bit much," says Carey, as they all shoot him down, with an "it's not for you," from Minaj. Oddly, he seems to have taken it hard, like he's not in on the joke.

Staten Island's Rozanna Shindelman is next. She seems sweet and tells the judges she usually doesn't sing in front of people (just her parents). Does, "To Know Him Is to Love Him." It's a bit old-fashioned and oversung but sincere and has a nice tone. 

"I'm so nervous" she tells an underwhelmed panel. "Dude, that was bad," is all Randy Jackson says.

Jersey girl Sarah Restuccio finishes up the segment. She works on a blueberry farm and is singing Carrie Underwood's "Mama's Song." She has a good country voice. "You have a beautiful tone. I think you  could be a humongous country star," says Minaj.

Then Restuccio volunteers to sing "Super Bass" and rips it off without a hitch. Minaj is totally into it, interjecting "OK, yeah, oh" throughout. 

They all wind up sending her through. She's very interesting and I'm looking forward to seeing more.
