Anthony Scaramucci's wife, on 'Dr. Phil,' says he didn't tell her he was taking White House job

Port Washington native Anthony Scaramucci appeared Tuesday on “Dr. Phil” alongside his wife, Deidre Ball-Scaramucci, to talk about how his 11-day stint as White House communications director last summer nearly ruined their marriage.
Ball-Scaramucci, who was pregnant when she filed for divorce in Nassau County Supreme Court in July 2017, told host Phil McGraw that Scaramucci “never really discussed it [with her] before” taking a job at the White House.
“He’s really motivated, which I admire, obviously, and I love about him,” Ball said. “But, you know, in some situations you would want to have that conversation, especially this type of conversation.”
The couple eventually reconciled in late November.
