Scotty McCreery does some George W. Bush on 'American Idol'
Scotty McCreery doing Garth Brooks' "The River" is next on "American Idol." I really like him, but it'd be awesome if he sang something non-country, just for the heck of it.
He is a natural-born storyteller, complete with fun George W. Bush-like facial expressions. It's enjoyable sitting back and listening to him; nothing creative, nothing fancy, just a good voice paired well with a classic song.
Randy Jackson just says, "if it ain't broke, don't even think about fixing it." Steven Tyler says he did Garth justice, Jennifer Lopez thinks he opened up as a performer and is connecting better with the audience.
