Scotty McCreery doesn't need to fix anything on 'American Idol'

Scotty McCreery is singing "I Cross My Heart" on "American Idol." I wanna dislike it -- he's doing what he does every week, in exactly the same way -- but he really has a great voice for this, and the song fits him well. 

He sounds sincere as always, is pitch perfect and performs it totally authentically. The song itself isn't amazing, but his performance, as always, is strong. And he hits a high, long note at the end.

"Scotty, I just love your voice, man," says Steven Tyler simply. Jennifer Lopez says "everyone wants us to be tough with you guys, but the truth is you guys are just so damn good." No, they're not, J.Lo.

Randy Jackson just says, "if it ain't broke, don't even consider fixing it."
