Simon Cowell wants Madonna for 'The X Factor'

Yes, Simon Cowell wants Madonna as a judge on "The X Factor" -- and this is not some rumor that some obscure website is trumpeting this morning.
Simon said it in a somewhat revealing interview Tuesday with his former girlfriend, Terri Seymour, on "Extra."

Oddly, he says Mariah Carey -- as busy mother and recording star -- will never be on the show because of the time commitment. But why Madonna -- who has pretty much the same issues -- would work out is never fully explained by bonny Prince Simon:
