Stefano Langone first in bottom three on 'American Idol'

"American Idol" is cutting to eight tonight; and even during the medley Pia Toscano stands out, both for her big voice and also for her outfit. 

They call up Lauren Alaina, Stefano Langone and Casey Abrams. Out of this group, I think it'll be Stefano. 

They send Lauren back to safety and ... sure enough, it's Stefano. He doesn't seem shocked, which is good, 'cause otherwise he'd be delusional.
