Verrrry interesting new format twist for "Survivor," returning Feb. 15 in Samoa: Everyone's gonna have to share the same beach! Sounds, um, crowded.

That's apparently the idea: With both tribes, divided by sex, in line of sight and playing in the same sand box at the same time, it means cross-tribal alliances can be established before the merge. Very clever. Here's the news release line for the new edition, titled "One World":
