'SYTYCD's' Galiano plans LI dance workshop
COURTNEY'S CONVENTION. Dix Hills darling Courtney Galiano, who came near taking the top prize on season seven of "So You Think You Can Dance," has launched the dance convention/workshop The Beat, featuring fellow "Dance" dancers Stephen "tWitch" Boss, Allison Holker, Ade Obayomi and William B.
