Dix Hills darling Courtney Galiano, who came near taking the top prize on season seven of "So You Think You Can Dance," has launched the dance convention/workshop The Beat, featuring fellow "Dance" dancers Stephen "tWitch" Boss, Allison Holker, Ade Obayomi and William B.
