This film, based on the 2013 Laura Moriarty novel of the same name, depicts Louise Brooks (Haley Lu Richardson), a rebellious teen who dreams of fame and fortune in the early 1920s. She soon gets her chance when she travels to New York City to study dance for the summer — accompanied by a watchful chaperone (Elizabeth McGovern).

The search for human remains continued Thursday in the Manorville area that sources say is connected to the Gilgo killings investigation. NewsdayTV's Shari Einhorn reports.
