 WHAT IT'S ABOUT Think "America's Next Top Model" meets "The Voice," sans the spinning chairs, as three of fashion's best-known bombshells: Naomi Campbell (who produced the seven-episode series), Karolina <a href="/topics//Karolina_Kurkova">Kurkova</a> and Coco <a href="/topics//Coco_Rocha">Rocha</a>, each mentor a team of model wannabes, one of whom will become the newest face of beauty retailer Ulta. Along the way, competitors win perks (oooh, a $5,000 shopping spree at Top Shop), and wide exposure in publications such as W Magazine. "ANTM" expat/renowned photographer <a href="/topics//Nigel_Barker">Nigel Barker</a> is the easy-on-the eyes expert host of this fashion reality-show competition, and episodes are peppered with appearances by top industry insiders such as the famous model-agent Bethann Hardison and legendary photographer <a href="/topics//Patrick_Demarchelier">Patrick Demarchelier</a>, along with interesting celeb cameos from folks such as <a href="/topics//New_York_Knicks">New York Knicks</a>' fashionista Amar'e Stoudemire. 
 MY SAY Wow. There's a real deal quality to this gig, as in, it's not a bit hokey, as are many reality show competitions. Unlike "ANTM," the coaches don't judge. Instead, they leave that to industry experts who are authentic: smart, tough and unemotional. While the scenes are beautifully shot in NYC, you are most riveted by the drop-dead G-O-R-G-E-O-U-S faces of the Campbell, Kurkova and Rocha troika, leading you to ponder -- do any of the contestants come close to having "it" -- which is, of course, at the heart of the competition. 
 The challenges are a fashion lover's dream, among them a quick-fire "Who wore it better?" contest, pitting two of the girls side-by-side in the same clothes while making them choose their own accessories to achieve a particular vibe. You'll feel the power of a Lucite bracelet. 
 As for Miss Thing (that would be Campbell, a well-known hothead), well you're waiting for her to explode, and, based on an early episode -- trust us -- it's going to happen. 
 BOTTOM LINE Fashion lovers will truly enjoy this yummy sartorial feast.
