Mary Tyler Moore will be honored with the Life Achievement Award at Sunday's Screen Actors Guild Awards ceremony (8 p.m., TNT). Her TV career, of course, is marked by starring roles in two of the greatest sitcoms of all time, "The Dick Van Dyke Show" (1961-66) and "The Mary Tyler Moore Show" (1970-77). But MTM has also had her share of TV turkeys -- take these five:

1. MARY (1978) -- After "The Mary Tyler Moore Show" ended its run, CBS gave Moore this short-lived comedy-variety hour in the "Carol Burnett" vein. The ensemble cast included a young comedian named David Letterman.

2. THE MARY TYLER MOORE HOUR (1979) -- Another failed attempt at a comedy-variety show. This time, the ensemble cast included Michael Keaton.

3. MARY (1985-86) -- Moore's return to sitcoms also marked a return to a newsroom, of sorts: She starred as a consumer columnist for a Chicago tabloid.

4. ANNIE McGUIRE (1988) -- In this sitcom, Moore played a Manhattan government bureaucrat recently married to an engineer (Denis Arndt). Both had children from previous marriages. "The Brady Bunch" it wasn't.

5. NEW YORK NEWS (1995) -- Back to the newsroom for the third time: This show was a drama, and Moore was finally the boss -- playing the Lou Grant-ish editor of a struggling tabloid.
