Tom Bosley
Another iconic actor has passed away: Tom Bosley, who - like Barbara Billingsley - needs no introduction. He was, again, one of those figures on TV who just seemed to represent a gentler, kinder time - and who emodied an era that no longer seems to exist. He was so utterly central to "Happy Days" that to imagine that classic without him is impossible, so central was he to the notion of "happy days." Like Billingsley, he's now cloaked in nostalgia.
