MASTER 'CHEF' JUNIOR. "Top Chef" judge Gail Simmons welcomed daughter Dahlia Rae Abrams on Dec. 29, her representative told People magazine. This is a first child for the food writer, 37, and husband Jeremy Abrams, founder of the music-industry consultant company Audiostiles.com. The couple married in 2008.
