It was Agatha all along who might be getting a "WandaVision" TV spinoff, according to Variety.

The Hollywood trade magazine, citing anonymous sources, said Thursday the project, still in development, would feature Kathryn Hahn reprising her role as the manipulative and power-hungry witch Agatha Harkness from the Disney+ Marvel Comics miniseries earlier this year. "WandaVision" head writer Jac Schaeffer would serve as executive producer of the proposed show, Variety said.

Hahn, who was Emmy nominated for her supporting role in the miniseries, has no evident social-media accounts and has not commented publicly. Representatives for her and Schaeffer did not respond to Variety's requests for comment, nor did production company Marvel Studios.

In "WandaVision," Hahn initially played an archetypal old-sitcom nosy neighbor who eventually revealed herself as the antagonist behind many of the travails suffered by Avengers heroes Wanda Maximoff (Elizabeth Olsen) and Vision (Paul Bettany as a faux Vision, constructed by the preternaturally gifted Wanda, grieving her deceased mate).

Hahn previously received a 2017 supporting actress Emmy nomination for her role as Raquel Fein in Amazon Studios' "Transparent," and has starred in films including "Bad Moms" (2016) and "A Bad Moms Christmas" (2017).

"WandaVision," the first live-action Marvel TV series on Disney+, garnered 23 Emmy nods, winning for outstanding fantasy/sci-fi costumes and outstanding original music and lyrics. The latter, composed by "Frozen" Academy Award winners Kristen Anderson-Lopez and Robert Lopez, included the much-praised TV-theme pastiche "Agatha All Along."
