As an ailing Wendy Williams continues to take time off from her namesake daytime talk show while battling chronic medical conditions, more guest hosts have been named to fill in.
The show's production company, Debmar-Mercury, said Wednesday that comedian Michael Rapaport, who co-stars with Rockville Centre-raised Amy Schumer in the upcoming Hulu series "Life & Beth," will host the week of Nov. 8. After an ensemble panel hosts Monday, Nov. 15, comedian Bill Bellamy takes over duties Nov. 16 and 17. The following two days will see legendary talk-show host Jerry Springer co-hosting with fellow daytime host Steve Wilkos. Past guest hosts this season on the syndicated show, airing locally on WNYW/5, include Leah Remini, Whitney Cummings and Sherri Shepherd.
Williams, 57, has Graves' disease, aka autoimmune hyperthyroidism, and lymphedema.
