Oh, the drama! Oh, the suspense! OMG!

Ryan Seacrest has promised a “surprising twist” on tonight’s “American Idol” results show. Could it be that the judges’ save could still come into play, even though its expiration date was officially two weeks ago?

And really, how mean would it be to send any of these four home after they did a micro-sized version of “Idol Gives Back” by visiting sick kids at Children’s Hospital Los Angeles? Still, this is “Idol” and anything can happen. If the save does come into play, Kree Harrison will be the likely beneficiary. Five psychics believe she may turn a whiter shade of pale tonight if she’s announced as the finalist with the lowest number of votes. Three psychics believe she actually will be sent packing (“Kreedom” will get her freedom), though two psychics believe she’ll be saved (she can thank the children later).

Two psychics believe Amber Holcomb, whom Nicki Minaj called a “big, sexy glass of milk” donned in a white-in-front, black-in-back pantsuit last night, will be at the bottom of the heap this week. If that’s the case, you can be damn sure the judges will go as far as having a studio lockdown to keep her from going home. Resurrecting the save seems to be a given with Amber.

Angie Miller and Candice Glover got one vote each from our remaining psychics as the lowest vote getter. Will Angie be saved? Will “Candy Girl” be licked? Stay tuned.

Here are all of our psychics’ picks for this week’s bottom 2:
