Christmas tree experiment, Day 3

Just checked the water level in the reservoir as part of my ongoing trial of Vacation Christmas tree preservative, and it's empty. That's an indication of the freshness of the tree, not a reflection of the product. Now the monitoring will begin, because I won't be adding any more water for the rest of the season.

This tree cost me $79, so this stuff better work. Just sayin'.
