If you're kids love coloring iPad apps, you'll want to check out the first-ever Barbie activity app.
New from Random House Children's Books and Mattel, the "Barbie Color, Sparkle and Style" app allows kids to play with color and art tools while they decorate, design, dress-up and create Barbie and friends.
The "Barbie Color, Sparkle and Style app includes two coloring books with 16 pages. Some of the specialized art tools inclue a Barbie bubble wand to blow and pop bubbles to decorate, the Glitterizer to magically add sparkles and glitter, a fabric fill with patterns, prints and textures, a magic wand, pattern roller to decorate with bows, gems, hearts and sequins, plus two watercolor paintbrushes, stickers, a paint bucket, crayons and more.
The Design Shop within the app offers additional coloring books and art supplies for an extra cost. When kids have finished designing, they can share their coloring book pages through email, Facebook or Twitter.
You can find the app on iTunes.com for $4.99 but it's on sale now for a special introductory launch price for $1.99.
