Did you know the average parent spends more than $5,000 on baby products in the first year? And 52 percent feel overwhelmed by the experience, according to BabyCenter, a pregnancy and parenting digital resource.
What's more, 73 percent of moms rely on product recommendations from parenting social media, according to BabyCenter’s Social Mom Report.
To help parents, BabyCenter did the work for you. They recently revealed the annual 2014 Moms' Picks Awards, which feature the must-haves that moms love most. More than 34,000 moms voted in 21 categories and chose their favorite baby and toddler products based on looks, value for the money, ease of use and quality.
"We know what a stressful and expensive task it can be for parents to find the right gear for their new babies," said Linda Murray, BabyCenter global editor-in-chief in a news release. "Our Moms' Picks Awards aim to make those tough decisions easier, with no regrets. We've done the research so busy moms don't have to."
