Back to school kids event at Lord & Taylor

If you're starting to think about back to school, you may want to head over to Lord & Taylor in Manhasset on Saturday.
MomTime Events and Lord & Taylor are hosting a fashion show and celebration to get kids (and parents) excited about the new school year. There will be special storewide savings on Saturday as well as entertainment. The event runs from noon to 6 p.m. Here's the event schedule:
--1:30 p.m., Deeva Dance Demonstration by Jasmine Sanker
-- 2 p.m., a fashion show featuring local kids and returning students
-- 3 p.m., a post fashion show GAALS will perform a sports demo
-- 4 p.m., a magic show by Master Mystifier Rougue.
Other vendors will be on hand as well as a DJ, mommy and me makeovers by appointment and light refreshments. Please bring school supplies if you'd like to donate to help Long Island children in need.
