Big City Moms Biggest Baby Shower in NYC

With all the new baby products popping up, it's no wonder soon-to-be parents may be overwhelmed with what to buy. To help new parents, Big City Moms, a social group that connects moms, moms-to-be and families through events, is hosting the Biggest Baby Shower Ever on April 29 in Manhattan.
The show will highlight more than 100 companies in the baby industry to help new and expecting moms learn about new baby gear, accessories, furniture, clothing, skin car, parenting services, retailers and more. There will also be seminars on topics ranging from sleep safety to healthy eating and more.
One of the trends you'll see at the event are products that your baby can grow with, said Big City Moms' co-founders and sisters Leslie Venokur and Risa Goldberg. "Moms don't want to spend hundreds of dollars on baby products and what feels like days later, the baby grows out of it." Here, Venokur and Goldberg reveal new items that grow with your baby:
Hilo Highchair: The best part about this chair is it starts off high, and as your child grows, you simply flip it, and it becomes a low chair. This must-have is easy to put together and cleans easily.
Mima Stroller: A European stroller that first holds a bassinet for newborns and easily changes to a regular stroller as your baby grows. In fact, it holds two bassinets if you have twins.
Ergobaby Four Position 360 Carrier: This baby carrier is ergonomically designed to help you carry your baby four ways, which can be used from birth to the toddler years.
The Nuna Leaf: This unique chair sways back and forth like a leaf to help relax a baby. The best part? It holds up to 130 pounds, so your child can use as he/she grows.
