Another fun venue for kids is set to open in early September. Bounce! Trampoline Sports, a recreational fitness facility centered around courts of interconnected trampolines, is set to open in Syosset (310 Michael Dr.) on Sept. 3.
Bounce! will offer fitness classes and sports activities for all ages and levels, and host birthday parties for kids ages 2-6 in the separate Bounce! Jr. Zone. There, kids can jump on designated trampolines, play in foam pits and navigate inflatable obstacle courses. In addition to trampolines there's also free Wi-Fi, two television lounges with computer- and cellphone-charging stations, and a snack bar.
The 2-hour party packages include 90 minutes of open bounce time, pizza, water and juice (bring your own cake), all paper goods, invitations and more. Prices start at $425 on weekdays, $500 on weekends.
Although trampoline use may be dangerous, Bounce! trampolines have safety nets to prevent falls. Children ages 7 and older are allowed on the trampolines alone; kids ages 6 and younger need to be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
