We were given a new treat to test out. It is called Chicken of the Sea Infusions, and it is a quick meal of tuna in a container.

We tested four flavors: basil, Thai chili, lemon & thyme and sundried tomatoes. Twelve kids participated and then they voted on their favorite flavor.

Kids liked the lemon flavor the most. But that doesn't mean the others weren't good. Eight kids said it was very tasty and added nice flavor. Seven kids thought the basil was delicious.  Overall, the kids liked all the flavors and think it is a nice change from just regular tuna.

When I asked kids if they were going to have it again, most said they were going to ask their parents to get it for their next school lunch.
