DIY art project: Snow cone garland

Are you bored during the summer and looking for the perfect summer craft? Well, I've got a solution. Try making a snow cone garland. All you need are foam balls, paint, brushes, mini paper cups, glue, clear glitter, wooden sticks, and string.

Start off by pushing the wooden sticks halfway into the foam balls. Next, while holding the stick, use the brushes to paint the foam ball any color of your choice and sprinkle the glitter on top before it dries to give it the sparkly effect. Make sure the foam balls dry completely before removing the wooden sticks. Then, glue the foam balls to the mini paper cups. After they have dried, glue the string to the top of the snow cones. Finally, hang up your snow cone garland and let the party begin.
