Feeding the kids: Peanut Butter and Sesame Raspberry Pops

The Peanut Butter and Sesame Raspberry Pops can be found in "Pops! Icy Treats for Everyone," by Krystina Castella (Quirk Books; $5 as part of Kohl's Cares).
In my ongoing quest to find tasty kid-friendly meals for you that are healthy and appropriate for the whole family, this week I thought I'd share a frozen treat, perfect for July Fourth celebrations. I found the recipe in "Pops! Icy Treats for Everyone," by Krystina Castella (Quirk Books; $5 as part of the Kohl's Cares program where 100 percent of the net profit will be donated to support kids' health and education initiatives).
THE RECIPE: PB & Sesame Raspberry Pops
(Makes six 8-ounce pops or eight 6-ounce pops)
ALTERNATIVES: You can replace the raspberries with three overripe bananas and the raspberry juice with milk. Blend the banana and milk together.
