Heelys are fun and cool. They are shoes that have a wheel in the heel. When using Heelys you need to put your arms out to the side for balance. If you don’t do this, you will fall down. To start, put your heels back and push off, moving slowly. Heelys come with directions. These can be helpful if you have trouble using them. When you get the hang of it, you can go very fast. Also, Heelys can be good for beginner roller skaters because they let you practice anywhere you are wearing them. If you don’t want to skate, you can take the wheels off and just walk. What makes these even better than the older version is they have fun prints, animal designs and easier closure options to fit each child’s needs. We would recommend Heelys for kids from ages 8 to 13 for scooting around all day. They are fun to use.
